Terms & Conditions
The terms below apply to quotations, product supply, repair work and maintenance contracts.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change if hardware prices or the scope of work change after inspection.
Service delivery
On-site support availability depends on the location and the agreed service terms. Response times, if committed, are recorded in the service agreement or AMC contract.
Warranty
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We assist with warranty claims but do not extend or replace manufacturer terms.
Data
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data before repair work begins. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee recovery of data from failed media.
